Urban Villages · Sugarcube

And again, and again.
The first turnover earned the second; the second earned the third. Urban Villages handed us Suite 350 to start, then 300 and 250 followed — three offices, one building, one client trusting us with each next one. That’s the project we want every time: where the brief on round two is shorter because the relationship is already doing the talking.
Across all three suites, the finish program runs the same direction — cork flooring, timber accents, soft white walls, daylight treated as the loudest design feature. Each turnover ran inside an active leasing building, which meant trade sequencing around occupied neighbors, building-management coordination at every move-in window, and a procurement schedule the owner could see from precon through punch list.
“Owners feel the project the day after we leave — when their tenant moves in. That’s the day we’re working backwards from.”
