Sports construction is governed by a calendar nobody can move: the season. Renovations to clubs, premium spaces, locker rooms, and back-of-house operations all have to thread the needle between the last event and the next — usually with a fixed gap of weeks, not months. Our founder Yvette Roman led work on SoFi Stadium and other major venue expansions earlier in her career; that operational pattern — pre-event sequencing, between-event milestones, post-event cleanup — is built into how we run sports work today.
Ellipsis serves sports clients on athletic facility TIs, club and premium-space renovations, suite buildouts, and back-of-house operational improvements. We integrate early with venue operations, schedule trades against the event calendar (not just the month), and run the closeout walkthrough before tickets go on sale for the next event.
