Standards that keep our trade-partner network strong.

We're not the cheapest GC, and we don't pick the cheapest subs. The trade partners we keep on our bid list share three things — and we vet for them every time.

Safety Record

Current insurance certificates, an EMR we can stand behind, and crews that work safely on our jobsites — that’s table stakes. We’re OSHA 30 led, and we expect partners who take safety as seriously as we do.

Bonding & financial standing

Per-project and aggregate bonding capacity, current W-9, and EIN on file. Public work means scoring well on bid-set requirements; private work means hitting milestones without payment drama.

 

Quality & communication

Licensed in your trade, responsive on submittals, transparent on schedule, and willing to flag problems early. We over-communicate to our clients — we expect the same in return.
