A flagship retail tenant improvement for a women's outerwear brand built on a single instinct: every fixture should feel like the brand. We delivered a buildout that photographs as well as it merchandises — and a cashier desk worth a permanent place on the brand's Instagram.

HalfDays builds a brand around joy — bright colors, playful patterns, a sense of humor about winter. The flagship had to land that voice the moment a customer walked in. Our job: build a space that makes the brand obvious without crowding the merchandise.

We coordinated custom millwork early so finishes and fixtures could merge with merchandising fixtures from day one. Color-matched display walls, a cashier station designed to be photographed, and lighting tuned for both retail mood and product accuracy. Everything coordinated against a brand-launch date the marketing team had already announced.
