Addenbrooke Academy TI

Where the schedule is the school year.
Public-school construction has one rule: the kids come back. Whatever the contractor doesn’t finish before the first day of school becomes someone else’s problem on day one. Addenbrooke ran like a public-school project should — sequenced inside the summer break, every classroom punch-listed and signed off before staff returned for in-service.
We delivered classroom refreshes, common-area improvements, and finishes hardened to district expectations: durable wall coverings, slip-rated flooring, code-compliant cabinetry, lighting tuned for instruction. Throughout, our documentation was district-grade — daily reports, dust-control logs, and a closeout package built for school-board review, not just builder-to-owner handoff.
“On schools, you finish before the first bell. There’s no version of ‘almost done’ that works.”

Public-school procurement officers don’t have time to vet credentials mid-project. We arrive with the documentation already organized: SAM.gov registered, certified by the City & County of Denver and RTD, OSHA-trained leadership, and the bonding history to back it.
